Technical visits

Three different options are available for technical visits. Since the three options overlap, it is only possible to choose one option.

Since the number of delegates is limited for each option, technical visits will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please state your preferences by ranking the options below (1, 2 and 3). Within Option 1 and Option 2, you must also state your preferences for visits. For example, in Option 1 - Technical visit to SKB's and OKG's facilities, you must choose between two visits. If you prefer the visit to Oskarshamn NPP, write 1 in that box and write 2 in the box for the visit to Clab.

Payment must be received no later than by April 20, 2012 in order to guarantee your participation in the Congress.

After the Congress Agency has received your completed registration form, you will receive an invoice with payment details. As soon as your payment has reached the Congress Agency, you will receive a confirmation letter by email confirming your registration, hotel booking and other bookings for technical visits etc.

 

Terms for Cancellation and Refund of Registration Fee and Charges

  • Before April 1, 2012: The amount paid by the delegate less SEK 500 to cover administrative costs.

  • Before April 20, 2012: The amount paid by the delegate less 50% to cover administrative costs.

  • After April 20, 2012: No refund will be given.

In the event that a delegate who has already paid the registration fee and other applicable fees is unable to attend the Congress for unforeseen reasons, it is possible for a replacement delegate to attend the Congress. All replacements must be notified to the Congress Agency by email or post. No refund will be issued in such a case and the delegate and the replacement delegate shall arrange payment between themselves. Replacements are not allowed for technical visits

Cancellation requests will be valid only if addressed in written form to the Congress Agency by email.

No refunds will be given in the event of conditions beyond the Congress organisation’s control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, and acts of God.
